I'm Christopher Germain, your key to Real Estate in Delta County, MI. Here on my site you can find useful information to help you on the journey of the buying or selling process. Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised in Escanaba. I graduated in 2001 from Escanaba Public High School. In 2004, I began working as a REALTOR®. My first year in this business I became the top producer of my firm.
Since then, I have taken a very active role in the Real Estate community. I am a member of the National, Michigan, and Upper Peninsula Association of REALTORS®. I currently hold a Director position on the Delta County MLS Committee and on the Upper Peninsula Association of REALTORS®.
In 2007, I received the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. In the same year, I also completed an Effective Negotiating class that is recognized by NAR®. I have completed many ethics courses since I have been in the real estate business. So, when you are ready to buy, I am ready for you.
I have worked with all types of property; whether it be residential real estate, commercial property, investment property, camps, cottages, or land... I have helped a buyer find them or a seller market them.
I have been involved in marketing and public relations since the year 2000. This has greatly helped me out with real estate in a couple of ways. First, from all the connections I have made throughout the years. Secondly, I have a lot of experience in marketing which is exactly what I do for sellers I have the most up-to-date marketing techniques that I implement for my clients. With me, your listing will never go unnoticed.
I am a member of the Ford River Volunteer Fire Department; holding several firefighter designations. I am also a member of the Escanaba Noon Kiwanis; a public service organization.
I am a PROUD member of: The Upper Peninsula, Michigan, and National Associations of REALTORS®, REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council), Michigan Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network, Michigan State Fireman's Association, and the Delta County Chamber of Commerce.
